According to NBC News, twenty-five people were hospitalized after a massive bus crash on the 405 freeway in the San Fernando Valley. The crash which occurred on Sunday October 14, 2018, happened right near the Nordoff Street exit in the North Hills area. Reports indicated that forty-four people were checked for injuries, while twenty-five people were taken to the hospital. In addition, five individuals that were involved in the crash were in serious condition. The bus, which was transporting a church group from an event in the Inglewood area, ended up crashing into a concrete divider and landed into the southbound lanes, which were then closed for close to 10 hours until the bus was removed. Information about what directly led to the crash was not immediately available.
